Desc: 180 years young, this is Australia’s oldest and best known wine region and is soaked in history. Our first visit is to a 5-star winery nestled in the Mount View region of the Hunter Valley, a well renowned viticulture area. Sample exquisite wines in your own private area. From here we continue onto Leogate Estate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy that unique taste which only the Hunter Valley and their award winning wines can provide. Here we will enjoy a selection of cheeses to accompany the wine tasting, followed by a tour of the onsite winery to learn of the wine making process. On conclusion of the tour, we enjoy a relaxing 2 course lunch (selection of platters, followed by dessert) accompanied by a glass of wine. Further beverages can be purchased at own expense. After lunch we travel to Keith Tulloch Winery. This small completely family owned winery and vineyard produces wines that express the unique terrain and climate from the ancient soils of the Brokenback Range. Here we will enjoy a unique wine tasting experience in collaboration with artisan chocolatier “Cocoa Nib”. You will sample five handmade praline chocolates, matched to the winery’s current release wine – a sensational way to conclude our day in the Hunter Valley Wine Region. Languages English

Bedazzled by the wondrous sights of Australia’s most vibrant city and learn about Melbourne’s fascinating history with your expert guide. Join our small group tour to make the most of your stay as you zoom in and around the city, visiting such wonders as Federation Square, the MCG and our world-famous sports precinct, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Albert Park Lake (Formula 1) and over to St Kilda Beach. You can even take a stroll in the gardens and visit St Patrick’s Cathedral when permitted. Visit world-famous Albert Park, home of the Formula One, Australian Grand Prix as well as our inner-city sports precinct, home to the famous MCG and Melbourne Park where the Australian Tennis Open takes place. Your tour will finish by visiting Eureka Tower. You may choose to take the super-speedy elevator to Eureka Skydeck 88 (entry optional add on), scraping Melbourne’s awe-inspiring skyline where you will be spoiled with 360-degree views of the city, Port Phillip Bay and out to the Dandenong Ranges and the Yarra Valley or a leisurely Yarra River Cruise (optional add on). There will be a maximum of 11 people in your group, so you will have plenty of opportunities to ask your guide questions and get to know your fellow travellers.

Desc: Lifting off from the heli-pad in the Hoffnungsthal Valley, enjoy flying past the township of Lyndoch before tracking along the western ridge of the Barossa Valley to Historic Seppeltsfield. Here you will see vineyards contouring the rolling hills, palm tree studded roads and the Seppelt Family mausoleum. From there you will fly over Maggie Beer’s farm and the famous Penfold’s Winery before veering along the eastern side of Nuriootpa, around the Wolf Blass winery, and then marvelling at the view over the large limestone quarry near the town of Angaston. A little further on you will get a bird’s eye view of one of the most beautiful horse racing studs in south Australia – McEvoy-Mitchell Racing. From Angaston the view is an awesome 180-degree view of the Barossa Valleyyond, you can literally see for miles! As you descend into the valley towards Tanunda, your pilot will point out some of the historic buildings and settlements like Chateau Tanunda and Bethany. Beyond Tanunda is Rowland flat – home of the famous Jacobs Creek where you will view some of Australia’s largest wine tanks, some of which are up to 1.4 million litres each. From there we take you to the southern end of the Barossa, past Lyndoch, over the Barossa Goldfields and the Whispering Wall (the Barossa reservoir) before finally returning to the Hoffnungsthal Valley.
